Fees: New Patient Appointment: $120 *$50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO ARRIVE OR CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT. All patients will be required to have a New Patient Appointment. This includes a full consultation and your first treatment. This treatment will be done in a private treatment area. After the first appointment, you may chose to continue treatment in a private room or in the community/group room.
Add On: Add cupping to an Acupuncture Treatment: + $25
Payment Methods: We accept: cash, check, all major credit cards, gift certificates Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
Insurance: We are currently out of network for all insurance providers. If you have acupuncture coverage, we may provide you with a SuperBill that YOU may submit to your carrier for reimbursement. Please check back frequently for updates.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. A $25 fee will be applied if less than 24 hours is given. Returned check fee is $25.
